Do not be weary if you see obese people in some part of America because there are actually some states that have a number of obese people in the US. Do not judge this people because they, too, do not like their body or their appearance as it is. There are actually so many reasons why they become obese. Sedentary lifestyle is actually one of the most common reasons of obesity. Some people who also suffer from obesity are due to improper and unhealthy diet without proper exercise. These are just the common factors that cause obesity. Most Americans are actually trying their best in order to prevent the increasing number of obese people in their state. There are also some programs that the government are implementing so that they can control the number of people who are getting obese. Here are the top 10 most obese states in U.S., this means that these states are mostly composed of obese residents.

Arkansas is located in the Southern region of the United States. The state is actually having a 28.6 percent obesity rate. There are also lots of overweight people in this state. There are actually lots of factors that contribute to an increased rate of obese people in this state. It may be due to the food that they eat or the sedentary life that they have. The increased rate of obese people in this state really makes it one of the most obese states in U.S.

The state is commonly known as the Commonwealth of Kentucky. It is located on the border between the Midwest and South of the United States of America. The state is also included in the most obese state in U.S. since 29 percent of the population are obese individuals. In addition, 38.4 percent are actually overweight.

This is a state located in the South Central region of the United States. The state is actually one of the most obese states in America. It actually comprises 29.5 percent of obese residents. It is not so surprising that there so many residents who are suffering from certain illness, like diabetes among adult people. The residents of this state actually enjoy a sedentary lifestyle.

West Virginia is one of the states in the Appalachian region of the South United States. A number of residents in this state are suffering from diseases that are caused by obesity. Alabama is actually located in the southeastern region of the United States. The residents are actually enjoying being physically inactive. In fact, 31.2 percent are obese and also 35.3 are overweight. This is a sad news since obesity will actually lead to some killer diseases.
